Hi there,

I was wondering how I can change:
1- Have the form on the left side of the page and the contact details eg phone, address, etc on the right
2. Instead of mobile, I'm using landline, how the symbol can be changed to a phone or something than a mobile handset
3. I'd like to add email address as well.
4. Have the text aligned centre of the page

Hello there,

To achieve this follow the following steps:-

1) Create a new page using Default Template and select right sidebar for it.
2) Add the Lead form plugin shortcode at that page.
3) Go to Appearance > Widgets and drag and drop Text widget in Primary sidebar area and add your contact details in it.

This is not a good solution. My contact details will be in every single page of the website with the default template !!

I have found the solution myself. Simply by modifying the contact-us template. Done!
