How Do I Change Blog Heading (site Title) And Subheading (taglinet) Text From White To Black.

I've changed the header text to black under style settings, but it is still appears as white.

Site is www.robertgschrader.com/blog - trying to change the heading or site title "Keep it Legal" and the tagline/subheading "Helping you keep your business legit" to black.

Gather I need to add CSS

Go to the Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS and paste code given below.

}
