Lost my OOTB Shopline Landing Page

#1
Hi,
I must've deleted/deactivated the out-of-the-box Shopline landing page. I think I inadvertently nominated another page (called "Home") as the landing page and lost the shopline.

Is there a way I can re-activate the theme's page with the features such as slider, testimonials, products, etc.?

The site www.thecoolcape.com for reference. TIA!

Thanks, Karrtik! You rock!

However, I'm having one more issue.. I'm unable to edit the Slider Image, Header and Description. All of the other sections can be edited (notice the blue edit icon on the other sections). Any ideas why?

Hello there,

For that just go to "Appearance > Customize > Header Options (Hero) > Front Page Hero" and can change text from here.

This will help you.

Thank You

Hi Karrtik,
That's where I've been (Header Options (Hero) > Front Page Hero) and it does not let me change "SHOPPING THEME", "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit." etc.

In the previous screenshot, I've tried to set an image, header and description in the first slide but it still doesn't change "SHOPPING THEME" etc. Slide 2 and 3 are blank. When I first installed the theme (prior to deactivating and subsequently reactivating), I was able to easily adjust this first slide.

What am I missing?

Secondly: Is it possible to limit the number of products (to two) shown in the WooCommerce section? I've already tried changing to Two Grid and Number of Products (2) but it still takes my two products and duplicates it (and shows 4). Please see:

Thanks again!

Hello there,

1. Sometimes third party plugin creates issue with theme, So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
I hope it will work.

2. I have checked your site and it is using product slider (WooCommerce). That is the reason it is showing repetitive product. Instead of it use "Product Woocommerce" option. This will show two product.

Hope this helps you.

Thank You

Hi,
1. It did not resolve the problem. I was able to change the background color and gradient (improvements) but it did not allow me to change my header pic nor was I able to change the text.

2. I was not able to find this option.

Thank you for all your help! I will just have to outsource this work to someone with more experience.
