Not Sending Email

I have the "Receive Leads in Email and Save in database" option selected in my settings. Settings attached. They are being saved in the db, and as an end-user I am getting the confirmation message that message was sent, but admin is not getting email in his inbox. Thank you!

Hello there,

Try using any other email id other than domain name and then check it.
If this works then you need to contact your hosting service provider, they will check your email server.

We are still having issues with this. Does it matter that the email is going through Office 365? Is there a way that that needs to be entered vs just the standard email address? Thank you.
