Ribbon section not playing video

I am testing this theme before I purchase the upgraded version of it. When working with the front page ribbon, I have clicked style and selected video, and then chose a video and published it, but the ribbon remains gray, and doesn't even work with an image. Am I missing something?

Hello there,

For that just go to "Appearance > Customize > Front Page Section > Ribbon > Style > Background Color" and make its opacity as 0.

This will show your video.
