Translate Item, which not appears in Loco translate

Hi there!

Once I have asked on how to translate that specific word "items". Your support has checked manually my website with credentials and said, that there is something wrong in translation settings and "You need to regenerate the file again and translate it again". My question, which specific file do I need to regenerate and how to regenerate it? I can not understand what regeneration means.
