Where to control the items listed in the menu

When I go to apperance>menus I do not seem to have any menus that match the header menu on my home page
www.ourtupelo.com
the menu on the page shows Home|Weather| and such, but I need to add a link to www.ourtupelo.com/events with a custom title to that list of menu Items and would like to remove the link to the Terms&Policy page from the menu

Hello there,

If you haven't created any custom menu then it shows default menu in site, Means it will show all the pages you create in dashboard.
To show your own menu you need to create custom menu, For that you can follow our documentation : https://support.themehunk.com/docs/add-custom-menu-theme/
And can create your custom menu.
