Woocommerce Upsells are not displaying

Upsells do not show under related products in woocommerce. I have ensure that the settings within the theme are correct but they still randomise. Any support would be appreciative. www.pacificdove.co.uk

Upsells products are display above the related products, is it not displaying at your side?
